Dining Room Renovation in Berkhamsted
This stunning room already had so much going for it with its original fireplace and French doors out to the garden. My design brief was to compliment these stunning features rather than distract away from them, it was a challenge I was willing to accept!
Services provided
The samples package provided my client with stunning wallpaper choices from rebel walls, this fabulous company designs made to measure wall murals and we were spoilt for choice.
Onsite meetings allowed us to explore the samples together along with paint and fabric samples for the curtains plus liaising with my contractors to carry out the work.
We are now continuing this interiors journey by sourcing new furniture pieces to complete the room to perfection through the room revamp package.
Creative process
Site meetings were arranged to layer up potential products, ensuring we were always considering the light and space in this room.
I was mindful that the dining room was connected to other spaces including the kitchen, hallway, and lounge.
I produced a palette of several colour tones, so the flow and feel were complimentary over each room, its super important to remember this when designing.
A concept board was made to incorporate pieces that the client already had e.g. dining room table (it’s not always necessary to buy everything new!) and to add to the glamour we went on the hunt for the most perfect drinks cabinet.
